OASIS reaches out to youth and young adults. We have met thousands of youth and young adults and are learning to provide space to collaborate with others to build relationships and change lives.
OASIS Outreach Opportunity, Inc. provides an OASIS for both the urban youth AND for the adults who come to help. We are a transformational leadership community that is led by the spirit present in the universe. As we learn to communicate and solve problems together, generational, racial, geographical, economical and cultural tensions are alleviated through creative play and worship together. Everyone has an opportunity for his or her life to be changed!

The vision of OASIS Akron is one of wild hope where we provide the space for at-risk urban youth, young adults and others to practice mindfulness, prayer, silence and meditation. Everyone is provided opportunities to take steps by creating the space for creativity and growth. At the heart of our mission is to create an incubating environment that is nurturing, protective, and designed for individuals to encounter optimal growth and social development.
